These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of babymissyou.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Our jewelry is made for babies, children, and teens, but our customers are the adults who love them.

Products and accuracy

We work hard to describe and photograph every piece faithfully, including materials (.925 sterling silver, 14K gold), sizing, and recommended ages. Slight variations in color may occur between screens. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability, and to limit quantities. If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding and offer a full refund if you prefer.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Payment is charged at the time of purchase using the major credit and debit cards we accept (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or error; if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these Terms — including our free 30-day U.S. returns policy and the hygiene-seal exception for opened or worn earrings. We currently ship within the United States only.

Child safety and proper use

Our jewelry is designed with child safety in mind, but no jewelry is a toy. Children should wear jewelry under adult supervision, and pieces should be removed for sleep, bathing, and vigorous play. Please review our Jewelry Care & Child Safety page.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Baby Miss You or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the seller's state of domicile, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
