Choosing a keepsake should feel joyful from the first click to the confirmation email. Our checkout is designed to be quick, transparent, and — above all — secure, so the only thing you need to think about is the little person you're shopping for.

Pricing and currency
All prices on babymissyou.com are listed in US dollars (USD). All item prices are shown before checkout. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $15 per order, and the tax and complete order total are displayed before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees, and gift wrap is always complimentary.
When your card is charged
Your card is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email right away as your receipt; a second email with tracking follows when your order dispatches (typically within 1–3 business days). If a payment cannot be completed, no order is created and nothing is charged — you can simply try again or use a different card.
How we keep your payment safe
- Encrypted checkout. Every page of our checkout is protected with SSL/TLS encryption — look for the padlock in your browser's address bar.
- We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; they never touch our servers.
- Fraud screening. Transactions are automatically screened to protect you against unauthorized use of your card.
Billing questions
Charges from us appear on your statement referencing our store. If you see a charge you don't recognize, or your card was declined and you're not sure why, email support@babymissyou.com with the date and amount (never send your full card number by email) and we will look into it within 24 hours on weekdays.

Taxes & totals
All prices are listed in USD. A 10% sales tax and the flat $15 shipping fee are added at checkout, and your full total is always shown before you confirm your order.
