Every Baby Miss You order ships with a simple flat rate of $15 anywhere in the United States — one price, no surprises, on every keepsake we make.

Shipping cost & taxes
Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, no matter how many keepsakes are in your box. A 10% sales tax is applied to merchandise at checkout; the exact amount is always shown before you place your order.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email your tracking number so you can follow your keepsake all the way to your door. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@babymissyou.com.
Returns and delivery issues
Unused and unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a prepaid U.S. label and no restocking fee. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos; we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. A street address is recommended for all orders.
Order changes
Need to correct a shipping address or change a size? Email us as soon as possible — we can usually adjust an order any time before it is dispatched (within the 1–3 day processing window).
